The New York Marriott Marquis is our Conference Center, and is the site for the Registration/Hospitality Desks, our meetings, workshops, and the Exhibit Hall, as well as our concerts. The hotel is ADA-accessible and harps can be unloaded easily at the main entrance.
You are responsible for reserving your room. AHS has secured the following special per night room rates at the New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square:
1-2 People: $229.00 per night for a standard room
3 People: $259.00 per night for a standard room
4 People: $289.00 per night for a standard room
**Corner Rooms and Times Square View Rooms are also available at an additional cost.
Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.75% and $3.50 occupancy tax per night) in effect at the time of check-out (e.g. the total cost per night for a room with two people would be $266.28).
Note that the hotel is offering our special room rate from June 28th-July 3rd. If you wish to take advantage of this extension offer, please add those days at the time you make your reservation.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or by paying the first night's deposit. All reservations must be received by June 5, 2012.
Parking
The hotel has limited valet parking available. There are no self-parking options at the hotel but public garages are available within walking distance. Current valet parking rates per 24 hour period are:
