Registration for the 2012 American Harp Society National Conference is now open!  All registrants must be current members of the AHS.  Membership will be verified.  Students are defined as individuals who are age 21 or younger or a full time student in a college or university.

You may also register family members during the registration process.  The cost per family member is $175.00 if received through April 20th and $200.00 if received after April 20th.

    REGISTERING FAMILY MEMBERS
    Each family member who plans to attend the conference may register with the primary participant. A family member is defined
    as a parent, guardian, or other immediate family member of a student AHS member, or a spouse, life partner or child
    of an adult AHS member.

    AHS STUDENT SUBSIDY:  
    The first 50 students, 18 years and younger as of June 30, 2012, who wish to register prior to April 20 will receive a FREE registration.  

    ANDERSON GROUP COMPETITIVE SCHOLARSHIP:  
    Anderson Insurance has generously offered two competitive student scholarships. Interested students can get detailed information and apply on their web site:

    SPECIAL EVENTS
    While registering, you will be presented with the option to register for special events at an additional cost:
    Escosa Ice Cream Social Fundraiser
    $100.00 per person
    Fundraiser to benefit the Escosa Memorial Fund. Saturday, June 30th.

    Executive Reception and Luncheon
    $25.00 per person
    For Chapter Presidents or representatives, Board of Directors, Past Chairmen and Presidents only. Sunday, July 1st.

    Exclusive Backstage Tour of Wicked 
    RAFFLE DRAWING
    Raffle conducted during the Annual Meeting on Saturday, June 30. Six registrants will be selected at random to attend.The backstage tour will take place on Sunday, July 1st.

    Metropolitan Museum of Art Visit
    $15.00 per person
    Chartered bus transportation to the Metropolitan Museum of Art for walk-through of the most extensive collection of historical
    harps in North America. There is a $25 recommended contribution to the Met for admission to the museum. Bus departs the Marriott Marquis at 1:00PM and returns at 4:30PM on Tuesday, July 3rd.
